![]() ![]() Includes the original deluxe brown Tolex HSC. An excellent player with a fairly slim, flat profile 1960-style neck and original frets still in excellent shape. ![]() A very striking looking guitar in this relatively rare black finish, this 335 feels nicely broken-in with close to 30 years (ouch - now we feel old!) under its belt already. The tuners are Grovers, but Kluson-style machines were fitted previously, and the pickguard, strap buttons, and late-'60s style "witch hat" knobs are later additions. If you like the black binding, then that's cool. I absolutely love that Beale Street Blue look, but I just found a red flamed out red one to buy. I've been on the search for a great ES-335 with a good deal for awhile. It is simply one of the best deals today for guitar players who want the classic sound of an ES-335 at an accessible price. However, that's a great looking guitar otherwise. From its inaugural appearance in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 set an unmatched standard. This guitar appears to have been gigged but well-cared for, with very little wear but some hardware alterations. The ES-335 is Epiphones version of the historic ES-335 that has been wowing guitar players all over the world for over six decades. ![]() (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. (40.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. Gibson ES-335 DOT Model Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1990), made in Nashville, TN, serial # 90880574, black lacquer finish, laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original brown tolex hard shell case. ![]()
